                          The base material is the foundation of color coated aluminum products. We reject recycled aluminum and use only high-purity virgin aluminum ingots of three compatible grades: 1050, 3003, and 5052. The thickness is precisely controlled between 0.25-1.2mm, and the width can be customized from 500-1700mm according to customer production needs, with tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.02mm. This eliminates problems such as louver blade deformation and roller shutter jamming caused by uneven aluminum coil thickness. The 3003 aluminum-manganese alloy has outstanding corrosion resistance and is suitable for outdoor roller shutters; the 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy has excellent strength, bending 90° without cracking, suitable for complex louver designs; and the 1050 pure aluminum has good flexibility and excellent cost performance, meeting the needs of indoor louvers. All three base materials undergo a pre-stretching process to completely eliminate internal stress, ensuring that they will not warp or crack after long-term use.


                          Coating technology is the core competitiveness of our color coated aluminum coil for shutters products. We employ a fully automated precision roller coating process of "two coats and two bakes," combined with high-quality coatings from Nippon Paint and PPG, offering two main coating solutions: polyester (PE) and fluorocarbon (PVDF).

                          The PE coating has a thickness ≥18μm, a hardness of 2H or higher, and adhesion level 1. After 3000 hours of QUV accelerated aging testing, it maintains a gloss retention rate ≥75%, comes with a 10-year warranty, offers rich color, and is cost-effective, suitable for indoor blinds and ordinary outdoor roller shutters.

                          The PVDF fluorocarbon coating has a thickness ≥25μm. Thanks to its stable fluorocarbon bond structure, it resists salt spray corrosion for over 1000 hours, maintains its color and prevents chalking for 20 years of outdoor use, and also comes with a 20-year warranty. It is suitable for roller shutters used in harsh environments such as coastal areas and industrial pollution zones.


                          We focus on refining every aspect of practical performance. Our color coated aluminum coil achieves a B1 flame retardant rating, meeting building safety standards and effectively mitigating fire hazards. The surface can be customized according to RAL and Pantone international color charts, with a color difference ΔE ≤ 1.0, ensuring uniform color across the entire roll. Bulk purchases show no visual differences. We also offer customizable 3D textures such as wood grain and stone grain to match various decorating styles. Our products have an impact resistance of 50kg/cm, with no paint peeling or cracking, withstanding the high-frequency impacts of roller shutters and the daily contact of louvers. The smooth surface is easy to clean, requiring no special maintenance; rainwater can remove dust, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
