                          As a professional aluminium sheet supplier with 15+ years of experience, HC Aluminum is committed to providing transparent, accurate and competitive aluminium sheet prices in USD for global clients. We have served over 500 overseas customers, mastering the core logic of international aluminium sheet pricing and export trade rules. This guide will detail the latest aluminium sheet price per ton (USD) in April 2026, price composition, specification differences, export terms and market trends, helping you make wise purchasing decisions.

                          In April 2026, the international aluminium sheet market is in a high-level volatile range. Based on the LME aluminum spot price of 3,495 USD/ton (April 21, 2026), the FOB China port prices of our mainstream aluminium sheet products are as follows:

                          1060 pure aluminium sheet: 3,750-3,950 USD/ton;

                          3003 aluminum alloy plate: 3,900-4,100 USD/ton;

                          5052 aluminum alloy plate: 4,050-4,250 USD/ton;

                          6061 aluminum alloy plate: 4,100-4,300 USD/ton;

                          7075 aviation-grade aluminum alloy plate: 5,200-5,500 USD/ton.

                          All prices are based on standard specifications (1mm-6mm thickness, 1220mm×2440mm size) and include processing, packaging and export-related fees, excluding international shipping and destination customs duties.

                          Understanding the aluminium sheet price composition is key to grasping the market. The price of aluminium sheets is mainly composed of three parts: LME aluminum ingot price, processing fee and additional costs. Among them, the LME aluminum ingot price accounts for 85%-90% of the total price, which is the core factor affecting price fluctuations. Taking our 1060 H24 aluminium sheet as an example, the FOB price of 3,850 USD/ton in April includes: 3,495 USD/ton of LME aluminum ingot, 220 USD/ton of cold rolling processing fee (including rolling, annealing and finishing), 50 USD/ton of surface treatment fee, 35 USD/ton of packaging fee, and about 50 USD/ton of export tariffs and value-added tax. As a professional exporter, HC Aluminum provides detailed price breakdowns for all clients, ensuring full transparency without hidden costs.

                          Price differences between different aluminum alloy grades and specifications are determined by material composition, production difficulty and market demand. 1050/1060/1100 pure aluminium sheets have the lowest price due to simple composition and easy processing. 3003 aluminum alloy sheets, added with manganese to improve corrosion resistance, have a processing fee increase of 100-150 USD/ton. 5052 aluminum-magnesium alloy sheets are 150-200 USD/ton higher because magnesium is 30% more expensive than aluminum and the rolling process is more difficult. 6061 aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy sheets require additional heat treatment, resulting in higher costs. 7075 aviation-grade alloy sheets, with high content of rare metals such as zinc and copper, are nearly 1.4 times the price of pure aluminium sheets. For customized specifications (such as thickness over 10mm, special surface treatment or certification), the price will be adjusted according to actual requirements.

                          Export terms and additional costs are crucial for overseas clients to calculate the total purchasing cost. HC Aluminum supports flexible trade terms such as FOB, CIF and EXW. Taking the North American market as an example, the sea freight from Chinese ports to Los Angeles is about 85-95 USD/ton, and the insurance fee is 0.15%-0.2% of the goods value. In 2026, the US imposes a 50% tariff on Chinese aluminium sheets, the EU imposes 12%-15%, and most Southeast Asian countries enjoy zero-tariff treatment. Payment terms also affect the final price: T/T 30% advance + 70% against B/L copy is free of additional fees; L/C at sight requires an additional 0.3%-0.5% bank handling fee; D/P usance payment requires a 1%-2% increase to cover risk costs. We usually advise new clients to choose FOB terms to better control logistics costs.

                          HC Aluminum has a modern aluminium sheet production line with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons, providing full-specification products from 0.2mm to 200mm thickness, which can meet the needs of construction, shipping, automotive, electronics and other fields. We have professional export teams to handle customs declaration, inspection and shipping arrangements, ensuring that goods are delivered on time. For long-term cooperative clients, we provide 3%-5% quarterly pricing agreements to lock in costs and avoid market fluctuations. For small and medium-sized clients, we offer tiered pricing: standard price for less than 100 tons, 2% discount for 100-500 tons, and 3%-4% discount for more than 500 tons.

                          In 2026, the global aluminium sheet market will maintain a pattern of "rigid supply + demand recovery". We predict that the aluminium sheet price will remain high in the second quarter, and may callback by 3%-5% in the third quarter if the Middle East situation eases, but the annual average price will still be 6%-8% higher than 2025.
